Yes! For 3 days I was glued to my computer screen watching your streaming video! And, I learned a lot! Mostly that I don’t know anything!!!!! Seriously, yes it was a great introduction for me but I realized that if it were possible, I might like to get started by hiring your agency to get me rolling. What would it take to get that started?

Thanks so much for sharing the Ustream video of the conference with us. What an unexpected treat! I realized that I couldn’t possibly take action without being in the coaching club as it seems that the training assumes a much higher level of competence than I have. It was a great marketing idea for your coaching club! I assume there was published material at the conference and that would have been useful to bring me up to speed. I missed the basics of how do I source and create my offer? Where do I get the next diet patch and cable descrambler? Sadly I missed the after lunch portion of Day 2. Is there a replay of this event posted anywhere? Thanks again for your amazing generosity. It is very intriguing to be exposed to this material and I hope to learn more, but for now it is well beyond my skillset to adequately protect the risk exposure of putting the $10s of thousands of dollars into it you need for the tools and training. Hope to hear from you two again! And thanks again, it was eye-opening to be exposed to such a BIG idea!

I too enjoyed the seminar. Unfortunately I could only catch a little part of it due to the technical difficulties.
However I appreciated your comments on outsourcing, finding a real product to sell, and finding the right affitliate products.
I hope these videos will “cleaned up” and be made available. It was frustrating to see the speaker finally get into some “meat” and then get the sound and video glitches.

Your seminar was most informative and I am sure a lot of people that don’t even write are very appreciative of your generosity.
It really does want to make you join TU. Which I would like to do once I have a product and the funds available.
For the time being I wrote to J.Hockins because I had been thinking about an idea of blasting an infomercial about a school here in Florida and basically this is what I wrote to him:
“There is a very special school here in Florida (Non Profit) that accepts all kinds of kids, good, not so good, rebellious, “stupid”, “hyperactive” (as labeled by the school system), kids that are taking medical drugs for that condition, etc. etc. Some of the kids are academically behind 3 years or more. What is amazing is the miracles performed at this school in a short amount of time. I would like to start promoting this school and the technology it uses because I feel it’s absolutely necessary for today’s world. With a video we can show people a very effective solution for all kinds of educational problems, so common in today’s world. There are different ways people can be helped by contacting this school, but for the infomercial purposes we just want to concentrate on: How to be better parents.How to be tutors and start their own school.Placing the kids in this school and Donations. This last item is very important as they need to have funds so they can expand.”
Anyway your generosity has no limits and I have to praise you for it since many out there would no let out those “secrets” without paying large amounts of money.

Your session on ways to improve creatives was AMAZING! Loved the concept of the inverted pyramid for designing creatives tied to the aida formula. Also, lots of sweet tips to improve clickthrough rates. I’ve been in the cpa network game for awhile, but even this old dog learned a few new tricks!

Watching The Seminars on the internet has been a revolutionary experience for me, in my personal and business life, Guys quiet frankly, you are an inspiration to me. I thought your seminar was an amazing idea but I had the UK curse as well.
I think ustream were partially to blame for that. There were some errors in their scripts I think. They were causing security errors with my flash player that I couldn’t get around and believe me I really tried.
They didn’t even get the embed script right for the video streams as I had to close the script with the tag when I posted it in a few places.
All that said I did get to see about five hours of day two and that was amazing. Your advertising and graphics presentation was fantastic.
Thank You Both for having the balls (sorry Lupe) to put money were your mouths are and provide access to something of such incredible value.
Can’t wait for the DVD’s.
I took a lot away from your event (and can’t believe that others are focusing on the glitches). The ‘optimize yourself’ was great and the ‘hiring A players’ opened my eyes. But the traffic buying was the best!
At first I wasn’t sure how I could make the DUNS credit work or how to leverage my biz bank account (which I don’t have yet) but I am meeting with a friend/investor today to help set it all up.
A couple questions that I have are:
1) What is the total time and investment to get set up for the quickest roll-out? (I know it depends on a few things)
2) What software do you use to create your creatives?
3) When doing the DUN premium, are there any specific companies that are better credit references than others, and/or what’s the best way to establish a little biz credit to include them as a reference?
4) What one staff member do you suggest hiring first? (I know you said an ‘A player exec.’ at the event but that’s not an option for me right now.
My other questions aren’t coming to mind.
Lupe, I’ve been thinking of your Princess Di vision and can’t help but see how my grand vision can play a significant part in helping. I’d like to talk about that later.

The event was awsome, even though i was only on the ustream, but mannnn i didnt even know about media buying and stuff until you i seen you guys.
I have learn alot of the last few years but i think this was the most powerful stuff i have ever heard in my life.
Plus the contacts i had made just from the USTREAM, like i met a guy called Derek, he said he used to work with you guys in the early days and he gave me his email so i can contact him anytime for advice, which is really cool.
You see if have a hair care brand, which was going ok last year, and sellign my product on ebay, but ebay limited me, so i found myself in a RUT.
But after seeing how you can get a landing page up and get some banner creatives and buying some media, then i dont even have to use ebay, but i understand i will need to get it converting first.
So i have just bee going over the recordings of you guys taking more notes and getting everything down and them i will try this stuff with my product and see how it goes.
Unfortunatly i didnt have the right funds to go into you mentoring, but that is something i would like to get into in the future, in fact it is my GOAL to me personally mentored by you guys for sure.

1) “When selling a hard product, are banner ads through ad networks only succesful with “free trial” offers?” It seems like all of the examples I’ve seen are for free trials.
2) Was hoping to see some finanical modeling of stick rate and continuity. For your diet patch offer, how many people cancelled after month one and then so on? Is there a general rule of thumb figure I can use for projecting my program.

It was awesome. I still need time to go over all the info to get them settled in my mind because it was just too much to comprehend in such a short time, but anyways it was above super. In the breack after exams I’ll make a sinthesis of the info you gave which will be the base for the entire sales process and a to-do list to implement it.

this program is similar to daytrading stocks..using leverage and margin to attain great gain. It is highly risky and not for the faint of heart. I f Carlos was really as generous as he claims He would set up a network where small investments could be made in cpa opportunities under his channels and then let these people build thier buisness slowly.
You need at least 20 grand to get this going on your own. who has this kind of investment
I was one of the people right in the front row center of this 3-day incredible event. I can’t believe how much Carlos and Lupe and their great staff gave us and cared about us. I just saw all the view graphs and know how much more they had except for the time limits. My partner and I are getting our products ready for market and I’m going to be our “traffic expert” thanks to this event. Forgive the long post here but I want to stand up for you
and at the same time really set the record straight here.
One point to mention for people like Bill (up here) who simply doesn’t get it that or he stops all of the excuses in his mind or he’s going nowhere. Nobody said that one has to go and get all these quite expensive and sophisticated, cool tools that were exposed in the event. They were there to be introduced for the more savvy of Internet marketers, for mostly the *seriously advanced* marketers, and not for the newcomer to have to spur out thousands and thousands just to find a way to start here.
For those reading this post, it is clear that letting your mind give any and all sort of excuses as to “why” you cannot do anything with the super - ultra - generous -top of the line - cutting edge - kick ass - blow your competition away - type of information Carlos and Lupe gave is DEFINITELY a sign of self-sabotaging and that the main problem is mind-set. Want to get started for FREE? Find tools in the Internet of lesser sophistication but still very powerful. Here is one:
1) Google Analytics - Man, if you cannot track with this you better definitely find yourself in another business, I tell you. It is FREE and you have all kind of free tutorials and videos that will educate like nothing else. This is an amazing tool; you have all of the basic metrics. Start with this, but DO IT. Move to the Training quadrant, as was explained by C & L. If you are wasting time just seeing TV and telling yourself this business is only for ultra-rich, you are in “la-la” land. This is a business, like anything else, and YOU have to seriously get off your butt and put in the necessary hours. List your petty thoughts and put them on fire. Really, it is more about correct mind-set than about anything else. This education you got, also for FREE, is the real deal.
2) Guess what? To sign up with CPA networks is FREE. You do have to get confident and kind of get the lingo of things (ex: “above street price” ) and get in ONE of these CPA’s, not into all of them. With ONE you’re on your way.
3) Obviously, you are not going to go and do a freakin’ National TV campaign on your “amazing” knowledge. This is definitely not for starters, either. Count this out until you are a master of this: driving traffic in hordes.
4) Putt effort in finding free tools yourself in the Internet. Having me do it for you ain’t the plan here. They exist, all you have to do is stay up late some nights and immerse yourself in Google as an obsessed, mentally disordered individual, looking for great free tools. Nobody is going to bring these to you on a silver platter. People who succeed at ANYTHING ( as it was also mentioned in the event ) are those who DO what others DON’T want to do, end of story.
I very much appreciate what Carlos and Lupe find in their souls to be as giving. Like let’s put it this way: this event is proof that God exists. Make the BEST of this. Greatness is not going to find those who give themselves excuses in a state of illusion. Make yourself great by applying what you have learned. You have to have *BURNING DESIRE*, as Carlos has definitely pointed out. Find this in YOURSELF. So, hey, be accountable to yourself, Bill (and to other similar ones) Carlos and Lupe are on a mission, if you don’t know, and this mission is to get YOU off your butt to become GREAT. To open up a door, of course, you have to get off your butt. If you don’t, the door stays closed. And close is not taking any risks, as well. Those who do not risk *learn nothing*. Want a girlfriend? Hey, you are going to just take a risk. If not the guy who does will take her. Same with wealth. We have in Canada a mega-star in Hockey who is called Wayne Gretzky. He has a fantastic, famous quote: “You lose 100% of the shots that you don’t take”. So do take your shots! Carlos and Lupe took them and now it is our opportunity. Quality education we got
as killer content in the event. I am already acting on it.

Additional, just to clarify…
Google Analytics requires to put in a *small* amount of money to get going with it. Nothing unlike going to see a movie with a date, or so. We are talking low. That isn’t an excuse for not tracking. Actually, you will learn a lot here to really master the bigger and more expensive tools later on. This will help you grasp how automated analytics work for you. The main thing to really figure out ( as a quite known marketer says) is how to FIRE, LAY-OFF the head of your “Success Prevention Department”, who is doing a pretty lousy job in your mind if you keep NOT ACTING on things.

I can’t begin to express how impressed I was with your event. It wasn’t easy doing it from home, but I didn’t let anything distract me. As a matter of fact, I found out how easy it is to clean my house and do dishes with only 15 minute breaks! LOL I really learned a lot and I will put some of your strategies to work in little steps.
I also was able to donate to your charity which made me feel really good. But the best part of all was the end when Lupe opened up her heart and soul and showed us how much she loves everyone in her family and her team. That blew me away. I was crying and everything.
You kids, (I’m 58) have given me so much and it is going to change my life and my family’s lifestyle in so many ways.
When I roll out my first affiliate campaign and start to make money I am going to join Traffic University so that I can go BIG! Hopefully my familly will join me for the ride, but if they don’t I know that it will not stop me from doing what I have to do.
By the way, I was able to network from home via the chat room. It was great. I met some great people and was able to get some good tips. I was Digital127.

Does the 24 hour out clause apply only to the first 24 hours? Or can that be enacted on at any time thus ending the contract ‘in the next 24 hours?

The seminar was excellent. For me it was running at an advanced pace. I am an absolute beginner. I don’t do any internet marketing, I don’t have a website, I don’t have a product.
So the help I need is to direct me to start this in a correct way. Do I need a website first,, or a product? At beginner level - what is the best practice - join Google adwords, versus CPA networs, versus Adworks? I don’t have anything collecting e-mail - because i don’t have a website - so do I need to this before I do anything. Crrently I am trying to get this base knowledge by studying material from all sources possible.
Lastly - I am disappointed not being part of the webinar,last Thursday, because I was in a mobile location, where the internet connection failed. I tried for about 45 minutes - but no luck. I hope that this week I am successful.

Awesome seminar, and just like Mass Traffic I find myself going over and over and over everything. I have a couple of suggestions about obstacles that are in front of me that might also help others.
Start a forum where we can all stay in touch with each other and ask advice. I’ve been at Warrior Forum for a while but most of my questions posted there get no answers, I assume because they don’t have any.
Do a segment or web page or whatever, specifically how to successfully get started as a newby, and mainly as a low budget newby, to address the supposed 95% who won’t succeed in making income. I’m finding out first hand there’s a world of difference between the classroom and reality. For instance; how does one decide on what offer to promote? They are not all created equal, I see many that don’t even have the basic guidelines that you talk about in designing banners, such as a bright click here button or arrow pointing to it.
The same applies to buying traffic, if only 2 out of ten will work, then how can a newby get rid of the other 8 without going broke testing useless traffic?
I strongly suggest posting detailed case studies of newbys getting their first income, this always teaches me the most.
Another point is; in Mass Traffic and other places you seamlessly cross from discussing promoting a cpa listed offer to having ones own product to promote. The way you criss cross these two is so smoothly done that its really confusing. They are really two different subjects and deserve a stand alone lecture devoted to each.
Thats it, many thanks for all your efforts. I’m absolutely determined but really worried about what I’m discovering that hasn’t been discussed that will make me fail, its too bad. I feel a bit resigned that having insufficient information is going to kill my efforts.

A little sleepy but I did stay awake to get the goods. Thank you for sharing the past 9 years of wisdom with me! Have I taken action? well, yes. In a way? I followed up to get further notes, I have watched one of the videos again. I have re thought out my plan for the product I am working on. after I launch it with frank kerns mass control I will be focusing on the creatives to be sure all converts well and then I will take it to the CPA networks. In between that time hope to catch up with you guys for further clarity etc. So I guess, I have done a little. It would be nice to get access to your system on dvd’s so I can watch it over and over again. I seem to be lost when it comes to taking the product to the market and the steps. But I am sure I will work it out.

I had set aside 3 days of your presentation and was unable to get the benefits you gave but I watched and could not hear a word said on the computer which was a temporary unit adn was jsut empty for not being able to have all of what you and Carlos were giving.

I desperately wanted to watch the live streaming video. But I was in the middle of a move and could not get my internet up in time. They made me wait a whole week to hook up my internet service. As a result I miss the event. Is there anyway one may be able to view it now?

For a lack of a proper forum to discuss serious questions, as Roger from NZ is mentioning, I support and propose that we just help each other here. Yep, to me this is a big necessity. The classroom, vs the reality, tend to send one into overwhelm very easily. Let’s support each other here. The rules can be: ask smart questions, not just how do I get a domain or something lame as that. Please just the most *burning of questions*, and hey… Carlos and Lupe might show up now and then to provide answers here. A forum-like scenario (as Warrior Forum) could work great. Quietly this can grow into a community of superb people
helping each other. Why not? Everything can be explored. Anyone in Traffic University listening to this? I hope so. What’s great about Carlos and Lupe is that they GIVE. Therefore, the Universe rewards them even greater.

Thanks, Carlos & Lupe, for your generosity! The event was great (by UStream). I got to “attend” the whole thing. Lots of it was over my head, and new ideas, since I haven’t previously learned much at all about purchasing traffic in any form. Terminology was new, too, even the use of the word “creative”. I had to figure out the meaning from context, little by little as I heard the word used.
But even if I’m not ready to implement a whole lot of what was presented, I am very grateful for having had my mind stretched by new ideas. One thing I really liked… and will use at some point… was about hiring only Type A people. That’s so important!
I also learned from and benefitted from hanging out in the chat room. (I was infobuff.) Chatting is pretty much a new experience for me. So that alone was educational. And there was such a feeling of connecting with others who are also learning and doing marketing online. It was neat to have this “fellowship” and camraderie.
I took lots of notes, and was excited to hear we could get copies of the PowerPoint presentation, since it was hard to capture everything in my notes. However, I never did see an email sending the PowerPoint slides. I kept looking, so I don’t think I could have discarded it by mistake. I hope I am still able to get this fantastic resource!
Also, as many others have expressed, a DVD set of the videos that could be purchased would be great.

It seems like a long time ago since I attended the seminar, I have been taking so much action I haven’t had a chance to comment here on the blog. The 3 days I spent in Tampa with you and your great staff and other attendees was outstanding and I was really sad to have it come to an end. One of the biggest things I took away from the seminar is that you are never to old to start and everything is possible. When I spoke to you Lupe and I said that I was rather “Long in the Tooth”, to be starting this new endeavour you were quick to point out to me that age is but a number. I have some very lofty goals and I am taking action each day so that I realize all of them. I learned not only from you and Carlos but from a lot of the attendees and made some lasting friendships. Thanks to you I now am on the right path and each day I get a little closer. My biggest problem was trying to eat the elephant all in one bite and now I know better. Thank you both for all you do and keep up the great work. I am now a member of TTU, and enjoy all that you provide in the members area. I look forward to learning something new each day that will move me forward.

Good evening from South California! My name is Renato and I am an Affiliate Marketer wannabe. I mean I started learning affiliate marketing last year and stopped after several months of information overload and frustration.
